Another meeting with the “committee” today. This time there was a different face than the last time I was there. But one of the faces from the last time was not in attendance. How does a committee get any work done? Noone shows up regularly. Not that I am innocent, as I missed the last meeting for a conference…

It seems that we are no further than before. Not enough money. Noone to speak or perform. No dates for events. Who does what?

I found myself anxiously awaiting the end so that I could go do something productive.

I took the first installment of the InDesign STEPS workshop, so I was hoping to be able to apply what I learned to the flyers/pamphlets/ads for the exhibit. I find today that there is another intern, from the African-American studies program, who also has an interest in graphic design, so she will be taking care of that. Minus one more activity to fill my time. I might be hurting for a decent amount of hours at this point.
